Tim was born in Houston, Texas in 1967. Tim graduated from Sam Houston State University with a B.B.A. in 1988. He then attended St. Mary’s University receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1993. He is admitted to practice in all Texas state courts, the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals Fifth Circuit. Tim has significant experience in representing insurance carriers before and during the litigation process. This includes handling personal injury claims, uninsured/underinsured motorist actions, and homeowner’s cases. His representation has included managing a docket involving Hurricane Rita and Hurricane Ike lawsuits. In addition to representing insurers, Tim has represented individuals in claims against trucking companies, individuals, and insurance companies seeking recovery for the personal injuries or damages to their home. Tim is a current member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Fifth Federal Circuit Bar Association. In his free time Tim enjoys spending time with friends and family, hunting, being outdoors, and being involved in the community.
