Dustin was born and raised in Conroe, Texas. After graduating from Conroe High School, Dustin attended Texas A&M University where he earned a degree in Political Science. While at A&M, Dustin also earned an Honorary Degree from the Universidad de Salamanca in Toledo, Spain while living there through a study abroad program. After graduating from Texas A&M, Dustin earned his law degree at South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. In addition to obtaining his law license, Dustin has been a Certified Mediator since 2009.
Dustin specializes in personal injury and wrongful death claims and lawsuits. He is no stranger to the courtroom, and regularly sits as lead counsel in jury trials across the State of Texas. His practice focuses on representing individuals who have been seriously injured in accidents, as well as the family members of those who have been killed due to the negligence of others. As lead counsel, Dustin has successfully represented thousands of Texans whose lives have been forever changed due to serious car and trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, boating accidents, oil field accidents, and serious dog bites/attacks. Dustin takes great pride in helping individuals and families who have suffered from serious injury or loss obtain the maximum compensation they deserve under the law.
Dustin is a current member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, Houston Bar Association, Texas Aggie Bar Association, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and Pi Sigma Alpha Honor Society. He is also a Life Member of the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo (where he serves as Chairman of the Cutting Horse Committee) and Life Member of the Montgomery County Fair Association. When not working, Dustin can usually be found spending time with his wife, Susannah, and their two daughters. He also enjoys saltwater fishing in Port O’Connor, being outdoors as much as he can, working with his horses, playing the guitar, and working with numerous charitable organizations.
